老年黄斑变性患者的运动觉功能检测

【摘要】 目的 检测老年黄斑变性(AMD)运动觉功能的变化。 方法 通过条状视标的运动方法，分别应用绿、蓝视标显示在紫、黄背景上运动，从而分离检查32眼AMD绿、蓝视锥细胞运动觉功能的变化。 结果 AMD绿、蓝视锥细胞位移阈值分别是152±063、139±062，闪烁阈值分别是049±040、049±034，与正常值相比，发生了弥漫性损害。 结论 运动觉检测是反映AMD视功能变化的一个敏感指标。【主题词】 黄斑变性； 运动知觉； 诊断技术，眼科； 老年人

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the change of motion perception in patients with agerelated macular degeneration (AMD). Methods Motion perception of green and blue cones cells of 32 eyes with AMD were analyzed by green and blue bars displayed on the purple and yellow background respectively. Resukts The displacement thresholds of motion perception from green and blue cone in AMD were 152±063, 139±062 and the flicking thresholds were 049±040,049±034 respectively.They were all damaged compared with the normal group. Conckusions Motion perception is an sensitive way to reveal visual function damage in AMD. ......
